ABOUT
"The Stone Age did not end because humans ran out of stones. It ended because it was time for a rethink about how we live."
-William McDonough
Through colour, tactility and interaction, Charlotte Alexander creates surfaces that aim to promote a more fufilling 'human habitat', in which our emotional needs are satsified and user/product relationships are solidified.
The potential of materials and processes are key to Charlotte's work, who implements laser cutting, laser etching and other manipulation methods to a variety of materials including paper, perspex, resin, aluminum and concrete.
